Pregnancy Yoga is a brilliant way to nurture your pregnancy experience.

No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Each session takes you on a journey that assists you in adjusting and accommodating the forever changing reality of being pregnant as well as preparing you for motherhood. 



The class includes yoga flow to open the body, strengthening to prepare you for the later weeks of pregnancy as well as child birth (and carrying baby post-birth!), and finishes with some passive stretches and relaxation.
 

My teaching philosophy behind Pregnancy Yoga is to offer pregnant women a space where they can connect with themselves, their changing bodies and with their growing baby. It can be a daunting time, a mix of joyful anticipation and uneasy apprehension, but by taking the time to move and settle into our bodies we empower ourselves to embrace what we feel and discover the incredible, amazing reality of growing a baby and becoming a mother.

I trained in Pregnancy Yoga with Sally Parkes in 2019 and have assisted her in workshops and teacher trainings. I have been pregnant twice.
